Most HR software assumes every company works the same way — the same leave policy, the same approval hierarchy, the same salary structure. SetuWork starts from the opposite assumption: every company already has its own way of doing things, and the platform's job is to make that configurable, not to replace it with a template.
A Company Admin defines their own designations, teams, leave types, salary heads, and custom fields. Approval chains — for leave, profile changes, asset requests, even bulk data imports — are built from the same reusable engine, configured per company, including the option of no approval step at all where that makes sense.
Each company's data is isolated from every other company on the platform, with sensitive fields encrypted at rest and masked by default in the interface. A single Super Admin account provisions new companies; from there, each company runs itself.
